How do I find a product?
There are two ways to find the item you are looking for
- Browse through the Catalogue in the Top Left hand Corner
- Use the Search Fields to find the item by typing in the Title

Are you an Authorised Swarovski reseller?
We are not Authorised Swarovski Resellers. We purchase these pieces from an Authorised Swarovski Reseller. We then pass the Discounts onto you. All pieces, unless otherwise stated, come in their Original Box, Swarovski care insturctions and Accessories, if Applicable. All pieces have not been displayed unless stated in the Description.
How do I create an Account?
You can create an Account three different ways
- There is a link on the Home Page which is located at the Top of the Page. You just need to click on ‘create an account’ and follow the prompts.
- When you are in your Shopping Basket and you click ‘Checkout’ it will ask you to ‘Login’ or ‘Create an Account’.
- You can click on ‘Create An Account’ in the Top Left Hand Corner and that will take you through to the ‘Sign In’ page where you can also create an account

- You need an account to be able to Purchase Products through us
- You can Subscribe to Crystal Planets newsletter where we offer Discounts, Rewards and Updates
- Your Shopping Cart is remembered from the Last Time you logged in
- You get to keep an Address Book, handy for sending out Presents
I forgot my Password
When you are on the Login Page click on 'Password forgotten? Click here.' and your Password will automatically get sent to the Email Address that you are Registered with on Crystal Planet. Please do not email Crystal Planet for your Password, we do not have access to it.
How do I add items to my Shopping Cart?
Just click on the 'Add To Cart' button located on the bottom left hand side of the Products Description, or when you are viewing the lists of Items click the 'Buy Now!' Button.
How do I know my item has been added to my Shopping Cart?
Once you have clicked on the 'Add to Cart' or 'Buy Now!' button to place the item in your Shopping Cart, your page will refresh to your Cart and you will be able to see what you Currently have in your Cart. From here you can edit what is in your Cart.
You can continue shopping by clicking on the Categories on the Left Hand Column. If you need to get back to your cart then press 'Cart Contents' tab at the very top of the page.
How do I edit my items in my Shopping Cart?
First locate the Shopping Cart at the top of the page of Crystal Planet. Once you are in your Shopping Basket you can Remove Items in your Basket by Ticking the Box to the Left Hand Side of the item you would like to Remove and then press the 'Update' button which is located at the bottom of the page in the Left Hand Corner. If you would like to empty your cart then press Clear Cart. If you would like to update the Quantity of items you have in your Shopping Cart then go to the Quantity field and type in the number of pieces you would like. Then press the Update button located at the bottom of the page.
How do I get to the Checkout Page?
First locate the Shopping Cart at the top of the page of Crystal Planet. Once you are in your Shopping Basket you will need to go down to the bottom of the page, in the Bottom left Hand Corner their is the 'Checkout' Button. You just need to click on this and follow the instructions.
How do I check the Postage Cost on my items?
First add the items to your cart you wish to find Postage Costs for, then when you get re-directed to the Shopping Cart Page select your Country from the Drop Down Menu and enter in your Postcode. This will display your Postage Costs to your area as well as a Subtotal so that you know how much it will be if you would like to proceed. When you decide you would like to Proceed with the Order then press the 'Checkout' Button to complete the Transaction.
Can I get my order posted to another Address, other than my registered Address?
You can only get items sent to your Registered Address or to an Address that is in your Address Book. To add Address's to your Address Book you can click on 'My Account' at the top of the page and then 'View or change entries in my address book.' From here you Add, Edit and Delete Address's. Another way of adding Address's to your Address Book is by going to the 'Checkout' page and clicking 'Change Address', you can select an Address from your Address Book or you can add a 'New Shipping Address'. If you would like a Note added into the box please add this in in the Comment Field. The Invoice will be posted to your address separately.
This is a Gift, can you help me?
If your order is a Gift and you would like it sent directly to the recipient, please enter in the 'Comments' section during Checkout any messages you would like put in with the parcel. If you would like the Order Gift Wrapped then select the Gift Wrap Check box, a fee will apply and will be displayed during checkout. Please specify what type of Wrapping Paper you would like (for an Older Lady or Gentlemen or a Little Girl or Boy, or even an Adolescent. This way we can get Age Appropriate Wrapping Paper). The order will be Gift Wrapped and then placed in a larger box and padded for delivery.
When will my order be Posted and what are my Postal charges?
To find out how much Postage is to your Postal Area, enter in the items you are interested in Purchasing and go to the Shopping Cart. There you can enter your Country and Postcode to get a Postal Quote. While on this page it will let you know whether the item is in stock with the quantity you are after. If the item is on Back order we will email you for an Expected Date of Arrival or you can Contact Us before making your Order.
If your total order is in Stock it will be posted on our next Postal Day. If your order is not in stock you will be emailed. It generally takes 2-3 weeks for the stock to arrive providing our Suppliers have the piece in stock.
Do you ship to my Country?
We ship Worldwide, except for Italy.

- Paypal (Immediate Payment Required, 2.6% Surcharge applies)

- Personal Cheque (This option will take approximately 7 Days to clear)
- Cash on Pick Up, for existing Clients only

Do you Offer Lay-by?
We offer lay by payment by prior arrangement.
- Minimum purchase is $100
- The first payment (minimum of 20% deposit) is due at the time of purchase
- You then have 3 calendar months to pay the remaining 80% in whatever installments you can manage
- Your purchase will be sent to you when the final payment is made
- Lay by payment is only available to Australian customers

I need a copy of my Receipt/Invoice
All Orders have a Receipt/Invoice packaged with them in the box. If you wish for the Receipt/Invoice to be sent separately please state this in the 'Comments' Section when completing Checkout. If your Order is being posted to a Different address than the Billing Address, then a Packing Slip (which only states what is in the box, not the Value) will be packaged with the Order and the Receipt/Invoice will be sent to the Billing Address. If you do not receive your Receipt/Invoice with your Package, or you need another copy, then please feel free to Contact Us.
How do I know my order has been received?
Once you have completed 'Checkout' an email is sent to Crystal Planet as well as your Registered Email Address. You will also be able to view your Order by Clicking on 'My Account' in the Top Tabs and going to 'Order History'.
What does my order status mean?
Your order will have different settings depending on how completed your is.
Pending - Your order has been made, payment has not yet been received
Processing - Payment has been received and your order will be posted once all pieces are in stock
Delivered - Your order has been posted
Lay-by - Your order is on lay-by
Preparing [Paypal Standard] - Your order has been received, payment has not been made for your order, you have chosen Paypal as your payment method
Cancelled - Your order has been cancelled as payment has not been received, no contact has been made, or you are paying by Paypal (option above) and did not complete payment. Orders are cancelled within 2 weeks if these have occurred.
How do I track my Order?
You can check the status of your Order by clicking on 'My Account' in the Top Tabs and going to 'Order History'. Emails are sent when Payment has been received, unless you have paid by Paypal, and your Order has been Posted.
My order never arrived
Please Contact Us if you have not received your Order within 10 Business Days (Within Australia) of us notifying you of it being Posted.
When will my Back Order arrive?
Back Ordered items generally take 4-8 weeks for them to arrive to us. We will contact you when you make your order with an Expected Time of Arrival or alternatively you can Contact Us before making your Order.

What Hours are you Open?
Crystal Planet is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week through the online retail shop, we do not have a brick shop.
We are located in Western Australia, pick up is only available for existing Clients.

Are you a Retail Shop?
We do not have a Shop Front, all purchases are made through our Website or through eBay.
