Lay-by Terms & Conditions

To place an item on lay-by select the Lay-by option during checkout.

20% Deposit to be paid within 1 week of order. Balance to be paid within 12 weeks, order to be posted once items are in stock and order fully paid for.

If for any reason you do not wish to go through with this purchase, 10% of the whole amount will be kept as a re-stocking fee, all other money will be refunded in the form of Electronic Bank Transfer. Written confirmation is required if you choose to cancel your lay-by.

If the full amount is not received by the Due Date and you fail to contact Crystal Planet then the order will be cancelled, 10% re-stocking fee will be kept remaining amount will be refunded as soon as contact has been made.

Goods will generally be available by the end of the lay-by term however Crystal Planet makes no guarantee for special order items. In stock items will not be held until the lay-by term is up, these items will be ordered along with any out of stock items and generally available at the same time.

It is recommended that in stock items be ordered in a separate order to avoid disappointment.
