To have your chance at winning a Swarovski Flower Mo limited to the year 2009, simply make an order of AU$100, excluding postage and payment charges, in the month of October 2009.
To enter the draw please add a note onto your order stating you would like to enter this competition.
Conditions
Entry instructions and prize information form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. This Competition is open to Australian Residents, aged 18 years and over who have created an account with Crystal Planet. The purchase is to be made through Crystal Planet's website http://www.crystalplanet.com.au.
2. Draw commences on the 5th of October and will close on the 31st of October 2009 at 11.59 AEST, drawn on the 2nd of November 2009 at 12.00 AEST.
3. Every AU$100 that is spent will qualify for 1 entry into the draw (example $455, excluding postage costs = 4 entries)
4. Winner will be notified by email and their name & state of residence only, will be posted in the Newsletter and on this page
5. Registered Postage is included in the prize draw.
6. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Crystal Planet accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.
7. Total value of this prize is AU$105 plus AU$10 for postage.
8. Orders are to be paid in full, no lay bys, to be eligible for an entry, please see Payment Methods for more details.
9. Crystal Planet's decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Crystal Planet accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
11. To the extent permitted by law, Crystal Planet shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained by any entrant/winner as a result of participating in this promotion, or accepting any prize.
12. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, or if this promotion is interfered with in any way, Crystal Planet reserves the right (a) to disqualify any entrant or (b) subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

Free postage for all order over the value of $250.
1. Free Postage is for regular postage only, Insured and Express Postage is additional. Please contact us if you would like to use any of these options.
2. Free Postage is for Australia only. International will be charged full price.
3. Parcels will be sent via Australia Post.
4. Lay By orders are allowed for the promotional period and are eligible for free postage. You will need to commence the lay by during the promotional period in order to receive the free postage. Standard terms apply please see Payment Methods for more details.

Coupon Terms
The following are the terms and conditions for promotional discount codes.
1. Discount coupons are only valid for orders made during the period specified for the coupon.
2. Discount coupons cannot be retroactively applied to orders made before the promotional period.
3. The discount code must be entered during the checkout process. The area to enter the coupon is on the payment methods page.
4. Coupon codes are available for use when making orders via email or phone. Intention to use the discount must be made while the order is being placed. Once the order has been created the order is no longer eligible for any discount coupons.
5. In some circumstances restrictions may be placed on the use of coupons. This restriction will be automatically enforced during checkout.
