We post on Wednesday's, Thursday's and Friday's. Payment needs to be received the day before by no later than 3pm, this is to allow time for wrapping. Payment's received after this time will be posted on the next Postage Day.
After payment has cleared we will package your item with the utmost care and have it sent to you within 3 business days. If the item is back ordered you will receive an email notifying you of the Expected Arrival Date. If this is an issue please contact Crystal Planet Sales
Please note, insurance is recommended for all items. We don't require insurance to be purchased but certainly for items that may get lost in the post, it is a wise choice to purchase it. Insurance does not cover breakages in the post.
Only complete orders are posted. If any of your items are Back Ordered, we will wait until they come into stock and post all of the pieces at one time. If you want part of your order posted the additional Postage costs will need to be paid before we can post it.

At this time we do not ship to Italy. Any purchases made to be shipped to Italy will be canceled and refunded.
We check all items prior to being listed to sell. This ensures that the item you purchase is received in the state we sell it as. Unfortunately we are not responsible for items damaged through the post.
